Are children's bean bag chairs safe?
Yes, Blob bean bags are safe for children of all ages. However, we
recommend supervision with very young children. Our bean bags are made
from durable fabrics with strong zips.
Many
customers are concerned about babies and young children being able to
access the beans and choke on them, should the children's bean bag chairs
get mistakenly opened. If inhaled, polystyrene beans inside the bean bags
could cause choking. At Blob, we take this safety issue very seriously,
and to prevent this happening, all our bean bag chairs are carefully constructed
which ensure the zip gets safely sealed. All Blob children's and adults
bean bag chairs have as standard an insert at the closing of the zip.
This allows you to safely insert the tag, away from the fingers of children.
